400 bhp and up, from a build, on a dated dyno sheet with the operator's name on it.
400 Club is the last rung. Stage 1 is a map, Stage 2+ is hardware, and this is where the number stops being the interesting part and the driveline starts being the problem. Threads here are about fuelling on pump petrol, gearbox and clutch limits, cooling in summer heat, and the tyres that make any of it usable.
For verified owners of a built car making 400 bhp or more. Registration in your name plus a dyno sheet showing the figure, the date and the operator. Factory-fast cars that have not been built belong in V8 Society, AMG 63 Society or Exotics instead.
What happens here: build logs with parts, invoices and photos, dyno days with an independent operator, tuner and fabricator reviews written by people who paid the bill, group buys on hardware, fitment and alignment sessions, and show slots at Octane meets.
Membership is by the sheet, not the badge. A tuned four cylinder making the number counts the same as anything else.
