Delta roads and river crossings, Digha at sunrise and the long northern run to the Dooars.
Bengal Riders covers Kolkata, the delta and the north. Local rides run to Digha and the Mandarmani coast, Bishnupur and the Shantiniketan road, Diamond Harbour along the Hooghly, and the Sunderbans edge. The chapter's big annual ride is the long haul north to Siliguri, the Dooars and the Sikkim border, which is one of the best multi-day routes in eastern India.
For any motorcycle owner based in or regularly riding through West Bengal. Open with approval; an ownership photo is required so ride-outs are made up of real machines. Full gear on every chapter ride.
What happens here: fortnightly breakfast rides with a lead and a sweep, the Digha and Diamond Harbour runs, the Shantiniketan road and an annual haul north to the Dooars, local mechanic and tyre-fitter referrals, and hosting duties when other chapters ride through.
