Nandi Hills before work, Chikmagalur on the weekend and Agumbe when the rain is worth it.
Malnad Riders is the Karnataka riding chapter, with the largest weekday ride culture in the country: Nandi Hills before office, the Kanakapura and Manchanabele loops, and weekend runs into the Malnad proper, Chikmagalur, Sakleshpur, Agumbe and Kudremukh. Coorg and the Charmadi ghat sit within a long day. The chapter enforces wildlife-hour rules on the Bandipur and Nagarhole stretches without exception.
For any motorcycle owner based in or regularly riding through Karnataka and the Malnad. Open with approval; an ownership photo is required so ride-outs are made up of real machines. Full gear on every chapter ride.
What happens here: fortnightly breakfast rides with a lead and a sweep, the Nandi Hills and Kanakapura loops, the Chikmagalur and Sakleshpur runs and a monthly Malnad or Coorg weekend, local mechanic and tyre-fitter referrals, and hosting duties when other chapters ride through.
