Nordschleife is the club for the one circuit that belongs to no country's members. Touristenfahrten opening hours and traffic, learning the lap corner by corner from Hatzenbach to Döttinger Höhe, where to lift and where not to, brake pad and tyre choices that survive a 20.8 km lap, oil and fuel consumption across a session, Nordschleife insurance, and the barrier repair bill nobody plans for.
For any car or motorcycle owner who laps the Nordschleife or is planning a first trip. Approval required, ownership photo encouraged.
What happens here: corner-by-corner notes with braking references, Touristenfahrten etiquette for letting faster traffic past, first-visit checklists covering car prep, rental options and where to stay, pad and tyre choices with temperatures logged, onboard reviews where members pick each other's laps apart line by line, and honest discussion of bridge to gantry times and why they are not lap times.
