Watkins Glen, Hawk's Nest on NY 97 and Skyline Drive. The corridor between the cities.
Mid-Atlantic Chapter covers the corridor: New York state, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. New York, Philadelphia and Washington each have their own chapter. This is the club for everything between them.
The roads: New York State Route 97 along the Upper Delaware, seventy miles of scenic byway with the Hawk's Nest section cut into the bluffs, which is the most filmed road in the region for a reason. Seven Lakes Drive and the Palisades out of the city. Skyline Drive through Shenandoah National Park, a hundred and nine miles with seventy five overlooks. The Delaware Water Gap in the middle of all of it.
The circuits: Watkins Glen in the Finger Lakes, New Jersey Motorsports Park at Millville, Pocono, Summit Point in West Virginia and Lime Rock just over the Connecticut line.
For any car or motorcycle owner in the Mid-Atlantic. Open with approval, and an ownership photo so chapter runs are made of real vehicles.
What happens here: route cards for NY 97, Skyline Drive and the Water Gap, group entries at Watkins Glen, New Jersey Motorsports Park and Summit Point, race weekend convoys and shared accommodation, winter storage and salt protection threads, state by state inspection and emissions answers, and hosting for members driving through.
