The plan
A Saturday climb of Jebel Hafeet timed for sunset at about 6.20, and iftar at the top. We gather at the foot of the mountain by Green Mubazzarah and go up together at 5.30.
The road is lit on the way down. Iftar at the Oryx Grand hotel on the summit is optional and booked directly with the hotel.
